How does it work?

Our live chat agents are a team of smile experts who are specialized in answering chat inquiries on orthodontists and dentists websites via a live chat box which we will add to your site. The goal is to get potential visitors who are still shopping around to schedule an appointment with you. Upon their visit, we will greet them and ask them if they are existing patients or new ones and will ask them how they would like us to help them or if they would like us to schedule an appointment for them. We will then get their phone number and other contact info for you and will let them know that one of your staff will get in touch with them shortly to set them up with their consultation appointment.

  • Our live chat agents are specially trained to handle chat inquiries related to dental and orthodontic clients.
  • We will provide you with a month of free services so that you see how it works for you.
  • Every time a patient contacts you through live chat, we will send the chat transcript to you right after so that you can continuously be on top of how conversations are being handled.
  • There is no long-term commitment. The agreement will be renewed month by month.
  • Chat agent will be available from 8 AM to 12 AM client's local time zone.
  • The chat widget will be custom designed to match the look and feel of the client's website.
  • There is a PDF form that you should fill out when you sign up for our live chat service. This PDF form will be used by our agents enabling them to address questions and chat inquiries better. The PDF file has common questions about the dental/orthodontic practice including the type of insurance accepted, procedures performed, operation hours, emergency info and etc.

We will send you a weekly or monthly report (whichever you want) of all of our chat transcripts so that you can see the level of customer service and the quality of the responses and how we represent you.

Medical Questions

Our live chat smile team agents are familiar with the ins and outs of dental and orthodontic practices however they never give any medical advice or recommendation to whom they chat with; they always refer all the medical/technical questions to you. You can think of them as your office experienced online receptionists who are expert in converting uncertain visitors to make an appointment with you.
